We process health data only with each person's explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9).
Pseudonymised
Samples, lab data and surveys carry a random six-letter ID, never a name.
Employers see groups only
Employers get aggregate reports for groups of more than 20. No individual data.
Stored in the EU
Data sits on Microsoft Azure in the Netherlands, Frankfurt and Ireland.
Deleted after 24 months
Health data is deleted or anonymised 24 months after the last contact, or at contract end.
Independent oversight
External data protection officer: heyData, Berlin. ISO 27001 certification targeted for Q1 2027.
